My name is Patrick O'Hara and I recently acquired Rancho Appraisal from my former boss and mentor John Harris.  John's Real Estate experience began in 1988 selling homes and then he made the jump to Appraising in 1991.  After working with a couple of the top Appraisal Companys of the period, he went out on his own in 1994 and opened the doors of Rancho Appraisal. I joined the team in 2001. We have only Certified Residential Appraisers, and are all FHA Approved.

With the advent of HVCC, we are currently specializing in FHA Appraisals as these are the only ones which can currently be ordered directly by the Loan Originator.  We have been doing FHA Reverse appraisals for several years now, and know the ins and outs of what the wholesale lenders are looking for in an appraisal.

 Customer service is one of our strong points, and you will never have trouble contacting us or getting that prior to funding condition corrected by the Appraiser.
