My name is John Harris and I am the founder of Del Sol Management and Rancho Appraisal.  My Real Estate experience began in 1988 selling homes and then made the jump to Appraising in 1991.  After working with a couple of the top Appraisal Companys of the period, I finally went out on my own in 1994 and opened the doors of Rancho Appraisal. 

Now, we are moving in a new direction, as that of an Appraisal Management Company. But rather than take the approach that almost all other Management Co.'s do and try to cover the entire country, our aim is to specialize in one State, one County, with a tight panel of superior Appraisers, and most importantly, a select clientele so that proper attention is given to each appraisal order. That County is San Diego, all of it.

All phases of the Appraisal ordering process, matching locales to professionals who know the area, collecting fees, and electronic transfer of the report to your office, will be taken care of by Del Sol Management. 

Customer service is one of our strong points, and you will never have trouble contacting us or getting that prior to funding condition corrected by the Appraiser.
